Edith Andersen, Author
Edith, Andrea's mother, was born and raised in Iceland. She
writes about it in her memoir, I Am From Iceland. Visiting a sister
in the U.S. in 1967, instead of returning to Iceland, she attended
school earning a teaching degree.
Looking back at the last forty years, teaching elementary school
and raising six children, she marvels that she is still relatively sane.
With children grown, house clean, and hubby cooking, her favorite
part of the day is when she writes for Andrea's Children. Sales
and marketing are also on her plate and she is actively reaching
out for volunteers and marketing suggestions.
